Great curiosity has made us fall in love with this country. Its mega-diverse ecosystem and multicultural exchange continues to be the main driving force behind our work. The explorative study of ingredients, cultures, tradition and language is what connects us, and we wish to convey that through our work.

Our team works hard in linking different elements from our expedition together to hopefully highlight moments that are special and fleeting to us.

As we continue to ask ourselves more questions, it is evident that this journey is elusive. Centred around constant movement, we find respect in the seasonality and change often dictated by Mother Nature.
